Steven "Stubby" Troy Williams passed away on April 27, 2026, in Lindsay, Oklahoma. Born on August 23, 1966, Steven was known throughout his life as a hard worker who was always willing to pitch in and help wherever he could. His generous spirit and commitment to family defined his years and left a lasting impression on all who knew him.
Steven attended Better Life Church in Lindsay, where his faith and commitment to others shone brightly. Those who had the privilege of knowing him often spoke with admiration about his readiness to support friends and neighbors without hesitation.
From a young age, Steven demonstrated courage and a love for adventure, notably riding bulls when he was just seven years old. His passion for fishing was a lifelong joy—he was always ready to go at a moment's notice, often carrying his fishing gear with him, eager for the next opportunity on the water.
The cornerstone of Steven’s life was his family. Steven was extremely proud and loved his children, Edgar and Rachel, and grandchildren, Zavion and Mayve greatly.
Steven will be profoundly missed but fondly remembered by all who had the privilege to know him.
Steven is survived by: his children, Edgar Blackham and Rachel Palmer; brother, Dean Williams; sister, Lynne Webb; and grandchildren, Zavion and Mayve.
Steven is preceded in death by his parents, Gerald and Sheri Williams.
Memorial Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, May 30, 2026, at Better Life Church in Lindsay.
