Robert Olan Ayers of El Reno, Oklahoma was born on February 19, 1951 in Flora, Illinois to Olan and Lois (Duncan) Ayers. He passed away on Friday, April 9, 2021 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 70 years.

Bob was a 1969 graduate of Lindsay High School. He had spent his last ten years living in El Reno. Robert had worked as an oilfield salesman for many years. He loved his family especially those grandchildren whom he enjoyed spoiling. Bob also enjoyed trips to the zoo with his family. His favorite television shows to watch were Andy Griffith, Bonanza, and Gunsmoke. He liked to go fishing, watching sporting events, and collecting sports memorabilia and sports cards with his son Brad. Bob loved Sarah’s cooking and family time at holidays. He will be dearly missed by his family.

His survivors include his son, Bradford Ayers and wife Sarah of El Reno.
Grandchildren: Erica, Skylar, Brennan, and Kayden.
Sister, Glenda Cowden and husband Melvin of Lindsay.
Mother of his children, Susan Ayers of El Reno.

Bob was preceded in death by his parents, Olan and Lois Ayers; and sons, Steven Wayne Ayers and an infant son.

Masks and social distancing will be in effect at the services.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am, Wednesday, April 14, 2021 at the Erin Springs Cemetery with burial under the direction of John W. Williams of Winans Funeral Home, Maysville, Oklahoma. Words of comfort may be sent to the family at www.winansfuneralhome.com
