Rickey Don Pyle of Newcastle, formerly of Maysville was born on October 4, 1965 in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma to Jerry Don Pyle and Donna Jean (Shriver) Pyle McKee and passed from this life on Wednesday, August 1, 2018 in Norman, Oklahoma at the age of 52 years.
Rick grew up in Maysville, where he graduated from Maysville High School in 1983 and attended East Central University in Ada. He worked as a propane salesman for Corken. He married Toni Worley on May 18, 1996 in Maysville and they made their home in Newcastle for 19 years. Rick truly loved life, traveling, and spending time with his family. He really liked the quality time he got to spend traveling with his grandmother. He enjoyed spending time in Florida, playing golf, coaching his children’s baseball teams, and all other activities they were involved in. Rick loved Rock-n-Roll music and playing his guitar starting during his high school days all the way through his adult life. Rick will be greatly missed by his family and many friends.
His survivors include his wife of 22 years, Toni of the home in Newcastle.
Mother and step-dad, Donna McKee and Larry of Maysville.
Daughter, Jordan Pyle of Washington, OK.
Sons: Tyler Pyle and Destiny of Chickasha and Seth Pyle of the home in Newcastle.
Sisters: Darelyn Keim of Clyde, Texas; Valisa McKee of Pottsboro, Texas; and Carey Enloe of Velma, OK.
A grandson, Legend Pyle.
Jordan’s mother, Renae Hayes of Washington.
4 nephews, 4 nieces, and a host of lifelong friends.
Rick was preceded in death by his father, Jerry “Strawberry” Pyle; his grandparents, Don and Ena Shriver and C. F. and Marcelene “Butch” Pyle.
Memorial services will be held at 10:00 am, August 4, 2018 at the First United Methodist Church, Maysville with Brother Mike Deviney officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of John W.
