Margie Lou Hearon of Bradley was born on April 10, 1936 in Cartwright, Oklahoma to Cecil and Georgia (Way) Evins and passed away on Friday, February 2, 2018 in Chickasha, Oklahoma at the age of 81 years.Lou lived in Bradley most of her life, moving there when she was 15 years old. She worked as a cook for Bradley School and the Southern Oklahoma Nutrition Program. Lou loved her family and spending time with them and always had something special cooked for each family member. It wouldn’t be anything for her to cook 100 cinnamon rolls and 15 or more pies at a time. Lou loved playing the piano, guitar, and singing. She enjoyed sewing for her family, gardening, and canning fruits and vegetables. She was a member of the Full Gospel Church and will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Her survivors include children: Walter Mainka and wife Kietha of Lindsay; Jeff Mainka and wife Becky of Bradley; Cindy Somers of Lindsay, and James Mainka and wife Vickie of Bradley.Brothers, Tim Evins and wife Nadine of Ardmore and Butch Evins of Lindsay.Sisters, Nealy Midkiff of Lindsay and Mazie Landrum of Lexington.10 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.Lou was preceded in death by her parents, Cecil and Georgia Evins; husband, Bobby Hearon; sons, Gary, David, and Terry Mainka; brothers, Joe, Junior, and Danny Evins; and sisters, Pat Miles and Gertha Mae Riggs.Graveside services will be held at 2:00 pm, Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at the Bradley Cemetery with Robert Harrell officiating. Burial will be under the direction of John W. Williams of Winans Funeral Home, Maysville, OK. Words of comfort may be sent to the family at www.winansfuneralhome.com
