Karen Francis Collins was born on October 11, 1940, in Milaca, Minnesota to Frank and Elizabeth (Courteau) Fulin and passed away on March 22, 2024, in Lawton, Oklahoma at the age of 83 years.
Karen enjoyed being outside, gardening, raking leaves, and tending to the cattle. She liked garage sales, antique stores, and collecting clocks. She enjoyed playing cards, raising parakeets, and dancing (especially Polka). She had a knack for baking and she was a great cook.
Karen enjoyed going to the beauty shop and catching up with her friends. Karen loved her family and she treasured the time they spent together. Karen will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
Survived by: daughters: Cindy Ramming and Tommy of Lindsay, Oklahoma and Penny Dodd of Lawton, Oklahoma; sister, Rhonda Doerr of Minnesota; grandchildren: Randee Ramming, Brandi Dodd, and Dylan Dodd and Heather; great grandchildren: Jett Dutton, Morgan Dodd, and Camdyn Dodd; and great great grandchild, Aiden Taylor.
Preceded by: parents, Frank and Elizabeth Fulin; husband, Joseph E. Collins; brothers, Dennis Fulin, Tom Fulin and Bob Fulin; sisters: Darlene Peach and Roxanne Steinbrecher; and great grandson, Bailey Taylor.
Graveside Memorial Services will be held at 1:00 pm, Friday, March 29, 2024, at the Purdy Cemetery.. Arrangements under the direction of John W. Williams of Winans Funeral Home in Maysville, Oklahoma. Words of comfort may be sent to the family on this website.
