Jeremy Michael Potts

February 11, 1980 — December 13, 2021

Jeremy Michael Potts of Pauls Valley was born on February 11, 1980 in Honolulu, Hawaii and was the son of James and Elvira (Schwab) Puckett. He passed away on Monday, December 13, 2021 at the age of 41 years.

Jeremy grew up in Elmore City and lived in Maysville before moving to Pauls Valley 10 years ago. He was a co-owner of Casey Termite and Pest Control. He was also a volunteer firefighter for the Rush Creek Fire Department. Jeremy loved his family and spending time with them. He was quick to volunteer to help people and always wanted to help others in need. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, barbecuing, and riding motorcycles. Jeremy will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

Survivors include his parents, Elvira and James Puckett of Maysville.
Children: Nathaniel Potts of Tennessee; Tristin James “TJ” Potts of Pauls Valley; and Nakyia Timmons of Lexington.
Siblings: Joseph Potts of Elmore City, Thomas Potts of Tahlequah, Cassandra Page and husband Johnathan of Texas, and Chelce Landes and husband Douglas of Missouri.
And numerous other relatives.

Jeremy was preceded in death by his brother, George Potts.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm, Sunday, December 19, 2021 at Winans Funeral Home Chapel, Maysville with Bro. Neal Barlow officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of John W. Williams of Winans Funeral Home, Maysville, OK. Words of comfort may be sent to the family at www.winansfuneralhome.com

A visitation for family and friends will be held from 1 to 6 pm, Friday, December 17, 2021 at Winans Funeral Home, Maysville, OK.
