Glenn Pierce Burditt

Glenn Pierce Burditt was born on September 25, 1937, in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma to Leon and Myrtle (Rogers) Burditt. He passed away peacefully on September 4, 2025, in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 87 years.

Glenn was a man with many talents. He was an electrician, mechanic, and an owner of a machine shop. Glenn enjoyed the outdoors and was an avid outdoor sportsman; he enjoyed shooting trap and target shooting. He also enjoyed working the farm and tending his cattle but, his favorite place was being on his tractor. Above all Glenn loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them. Glenn will be dearly missed.

Glenn is survived by: wife, Barbara Burditt; sons: Larry Burditt and Shirley of Cushing, Oklahoma and Kevin Burditt and Gala of Claremore, Oklahoma; daughter, Kim Smith and Joe of Cushing, Oklahoma; and grandchildren: Taylor Smith, Konnor Lanker and Caleb, and Jason Burditt and Samantha; great grandchildren: Hallie and Parker Lanker, and Raylynn and Serenity Burditt.

Glenn is preceded in death by: parents, Leon and Myrtle Burditt and brothers: Dewayne Burditt and Ned Payne Burditt.

Graveside Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at Maysville Cemetery in Maysville, Oklahoma. Burial is under the direction of John W. Williams of Winans Funeral Home in Maysville, Oklahoma. Words of comfort may be sent to the family on this website.
