Frankie Dean Adkins was born on November 22,1935, in Marlow, Oklahoma to Frank and Virgie (Mills) Mercer.  She passed away on August 1, 2026, in Norman, Oklahoma at the age of 90.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, August 10, 2026, at Erin Springs Baptist Church.  Burial at Green Hill Cemetery in Lindsay, Oklahoma under the direction of John W. Williams of Winans Funeral Home in Maysville, Oklahoma.  Words of comfort may be sent to the family on this website.
