Douglas Robert Elliott of Lindsay formerly of Hanford, California was born on October 28, 1953 in Hanford to Robert and Geraldine (Ferris) Elliott. He passed away on Friday, February 18, 2022 in Oklahoma City at the age of 68 years.

Douglas was a lifetime resident of Hanford, California before moving to Lindsay a year ago. He worked as a teacher in vocational construction at Hanford Adult School. He married Vicki Osburn on March 14, 1997 in McGregor, Texas. He loved his family and they were very important to him, he especially loved spending time with his grandchildren. Douglas enjoyed being outdoors, fishing, hunting, and camping. He was a lover of all kinds of music and enjoyed playing the guitar. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

His survivors include his wife, Vicki of the home in Lindsay; daughters, Janae McCune of Visalia, California and Kari Guitterez and husband Raymond of Lindsay; and son, Justin Elliott of California. Brothers, Kenny Elliott and wife Cheryl of Hanford, California and Marty Elliott and wife Diana of Hanford, California.
Grandchildren: Hunter, William, Landon, Caitlyn, Kade, Kinsley, Ava, Adley, Zoe, and Maisyn.

Douglas was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Geraldine Elliott.
