Douglas Monroe Cecil

Douglas Monroe Cecil was born on August 8, 1972, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Luther and Jackie (Palmer) Cecil and passed away on February 16, 2024, in McAlester, Oklahoma at the age of 51 years.

Douglas was a construction worker in the oilfield.  He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and being outdoors.  He loved his family and will be dearly missed.

Survived by: an uncle, Larry Palmer of Alex, Oklahoma, and aunts: Patricia Guinn, Angela Robinson, and Doris Baxter.

Preceded in death by: his parents, Luther and Jackie Cecil and a sister, Gwedolyn Cecil.
