Dennis Kevin Shahan

Dennis Kevin Shahan was born on October 1, 1959, to Wayne and Bonnie (Dillard) Shahan in Lindsay, Oklahoma and passed away peacefully at his home in Newcastle, Oklahoma on January 3, 2024, at the age of 64 years.
Dennis grew up in Lindsay, graduating from Lindsay High School in 1977.  He married the love of his life, Lisa Sugg, on August 21, 1981, in Lexington.  
Dennis worked for several companies including Zenith Wireline and Cudd Pressure Control.  Dennis worked hard, so hard that he was able to become his own boss.  In 2010 he started Shahan Consulting, LLC which he ran until he was forced to retire due to health reasons in 2020.
Dennis loved OU football, NHRA, and watching his daughter play softball.  He enjoyed all genres of music, but especially old country music, it was his passion. Dennis enjoyed talking about music and movies with Randi and David.   Dennis loved being home and being a homebody.  
Most important to Dennis was his family and spending time with them.  
Survived by: his wife, Lisa Shahan of the home; daughter, Randi Shahan and fiancé William Brown of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; and brother, David Shahan and Kartika of Henryetta, Oklahoma.
Preceded by: his parents, Wayne and Bonnie Shahan; maternal grandparents, Harry and Lucille Dillard; and paternal grandparents, Crawford and Eula Shahan.
Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 pm, Monday, January 8, 2024, in the Winans Funeral Home Chapel in Maysville, Oklahoma.  Burial at Green Hill Cemetery in Lindsay, Oklahoma under the direction of John W. Williams of Winans Funeral Home in Maysville, Oklahoma.  Words of comfort may be sent to the family on this website.
