Cynthia Jeanette Mosley of Maysville was born on May 27, 1953 in Anderson, South Carolina to Wiley and Martha (Cheek) Baldwin. She passed from this life on Friday, March 26, 2021 in Maysville at the age 67 years.

Jeanette grew up in Charlotte, North Carolina and graduated from Hardy High School in Charlotte, North Carolina. She served her country as a Staff Sergeant in the United States Army. She married Jack Edward Mosley, Jr. on December 21, 1976 in Ada, Oklahoma. Jeanette was a very active military member in the Military Order of the Purple Heart. Her family was extremely important to her and she loved them dearly and anytime she could spend with them was precious to her. She was a very giving person and would do anything for anyone who needed help. Jeanette never met a stranger and loved talking to people. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

Her survivors include her daughters: Wanan Elliott and husband George of Maysville; Betty Deviney and husband Davy of Maysville; and Michelle LaBorde and husband Chip of Gainesville, Texas.
Brothers: D.T. Baldwin and wife Janet of Seagrove, North Carolina and Richard Baldwin of Austin, Texas.
Sister, Brenda Haywood of Gastonia, North Carolina.
A special friend, Patty.
13 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren

Jeanette was preceded in death by her parents, Wiley and Martha Baldwin and husband, Jack Edward Mosley, Jr.

Memorial services will be held at 10:00 am, Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at Winans Funeral Home Chapel, Maysville with burial at 1:00 pm, Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at the Fort Sill National Cemetery, Elgin, OK. Arrangements are under the direction of John W. Willliams of Winans Funeral Home, Maysville, OK. Words of comfort may be sent to the family at www.winansfuneralhome.com
