Bobby Russell Rouse

Bobby Russell Rouse of Hydro, Oklahoma passed away on Monday, May 1, 2023, at his brother’s home near Maysville.  He was born on August 3, 1957, in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma to George Dewey Rouse and Billie Ann (Clark) Rouse. 

Bobby was a graduate of Bakersfield College where obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree.  He worked as an oilfield engineer for AERA Energy and HESS before he retired.  He loved spending time with his family.  Bobby was an avid OU fan and watching college football on Saturdays where he was an armchair quarterback.  He enjoyed college football and coaching little league for the Bakerfield Storm.  He also enjoyed dancing, fishing, and traveling. Bobby will be dearly missed by his family and friends. 

His survivors include his wife, Margarita of the home.  Daughters: Patricia Vinyard of Davis; Kimberly Scaggs and Kirk of Davis; Stephanie Garrison and Gina Fort Worth, Texas; and Kelly Evertse and Brett of Lindsay. 
Brothers: Jaybo Rouse and Amy of Maysville; Larry Rouse and Gayla of Lindsay; Dewey Rouse and Melissa of Lindsay; and Tony Rouse and wife Tonya of Lindsay; and Paul Rouse of Ratliff City. 
Brother-in-law, Bill Dinsmore.
Margie’s children: Michael Grunke and Clark Bucknell.

Grandchildren: Jason Vinyard, Ryan Reed, Brittney Jewell, Taylor Scaggs, Weston Scaggs, Reese Rouse, Raeden Rouse, Charlie Evertse and Bindi Evertse.

Great Grandchildren: Hudson, Kaden, Cooper, Cole and Knox.

Bobby was preceded in death by his parents, George and Billie Rouse; and sisters: Gertie Rouse and Rebecca Dinsmore.

Memorial services will be held at 11:00 am, Thursday, May 11, 2023, at Winans Funeral Home Chapel, Maysville.  Arrangements are under the direction of John W. Williams of Winans Funeral Home, Maysville, OK.  Words of comfort may be sent to the family at www.winansfuneralhome.com
