Betty Jean Rouviere, a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away peacefully on May 12, 2026, in Lindsay, Oklahoma at the age of 65. Born on July 27, 1960, in Healdton, Oklahoma, Betty lived a life devoted to her family.

An avid lover of life’s simple pleasures, Betty found happiness in cooking, fishing, and working on puzzles, activities that brought her comfort and joy. These interests not only reflected her patience and creativity but also sharing quality time with those she loved.

Family was at the heart of everything Betty did. She treasured every moment spent with her husband, Larry, and their children. Betty’s family was further blessed with 21 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren, with another precious little one on the way, each bringing joy into her life.

Betty’s life was a testament to the strength of family bonds and the importance of embracing life’s moments, big and small. Her warm smile, gentle laughter, and unwavering love will forever be remembered by all who had the honor of knowing her.

As we celebrate Betty’s life, we hold dear the memories she created and the love she bestowed on each member of her family.

Betty is survived by: husband, Larry Rouviere; sons: Lloyd Smith of Talihina, Oklahoma and James Smith of Talihina, Oklahoma; daughters: Carol Ann Belcher of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Tina Cain of Duncan, Oklahoma, Melissa Parker of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Virginia Lane of Duncan, Oklahoma, Jessica Snow of Ardmore, Oklahoma, and Tamara Rouviere of Lindsay, Oklahoma; brother, Louie Bothe of Ringling, Oklahoma; 21 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren with one on the way.

Betty is preceded in death by: parents, Harold and Joy (Loftin) Bothe; son, Robert Leon Deal III and Billy Mack Davis; brother, Harold Herman Bothe; and sister, Anna Faye Bothe.

Memorial Services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, May 23, 2026, at Winans Funeral Home Chapel in Maysville, Oklahoma. Services for cremation are under the direction of John W. Williams of Winans Funeral Home in Maysville, Oklahoma. Words of comfort may be sent to the family on this website.
