Aletha Geraldine Smith was born on May 3, 1941, in Brownsville, Texas to Crawford and Ollie (Hearon) Hassler.  She passed away October 11, 2026, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 85.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, October 14, 2026, at Calvary Baptist Church in Lindsay, Oklahoma.  Burial to follow at Green Hill Cemetery in Lindsay, Oklahoma under the direction of John W. Williams of Winans Funeral Home in Maysville, Oklahoma.  Words of comfort may be sent to the family on this website.
