Cecil Louis Dutton, Jr. of Maysville was born on October 12, 1945 in Lindsay, Oklahoma to Cecil Lewis Dutton, Sr. and Ruby (Carter) Dutton. He passed away on Thursday, June 22, 2017 in Norman, Oklahoma at the age of 71 years. Cecil grew up in Lindsay where he graduated from Lindsay High School in 1961. He started working in the oilfield when he was 17 and later worked as a tool pusher for Chesapeake and other companies and as a roofer before retiring. He served as a Sergeant in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. Cecil was a family man who treated his step-children as his own and loved spending time with his grandchildren, from teaching them how to drive to buying them soda pop and taking them to Rush Creek to play or to hunt arrowheads. He enjoyed reading, watching television, and taking drives around the country side to look at the places he had lived before moving to Maysville about 26 years ago. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. His survivors include his wife, Barbara of the home. Step-mother, Ruth Dutton of Lindsay. Sons: Bryan Dutton of Lawton; Jim Webster and wife Lora of Paoli; Brad Webster and wife Lisa of Katie; Mark Webster of Maysville; Scotty Webster of Pauls Valley; and Darren Dutton of Lapan, Texas. Daughters: Mona Sullivan and husband John of Pauls Valley; Selena Dutton and Jennifer Dutton, both of Lapan, Texas. Brother, Densil Dutton and wife Cindy of Lindsay. Sister, Kay Rollins and husband Orville of Byars. Special Brother-in-law, Royce Holland of Maysville. Grandchildren: Sierra Webster, Rebecca Webster, Colton Webster, Braxton Webster, Makala Webster, Brady Webster, James Lee Webster, Rusty Joe Webster, Janie Webster, Colby Webster, Racheal Webster, Tiffany Webster, Kimberly Webster, Shelly Webster, Chantell Dutton, Zack Dutton, Summer Dutton, Shawn Devault, and 12 great grandchildren. A nephew, Chip Dutton; nieces, Bridgett Poe and Leann Kenom; special cousins, Jody Rowland; and an aunt Beth Dutton. His dogs who were his babies and faithful companions, Susie, Bella, and Kitty Cat. Cecil was preceded in death by his parents, Cecil and Ruby Dutton; a son, Kent Dutton; brother, Randall Grist; sister, Ruby Dutton; and his mother-in-law and father-in-law who were very special to him, Quentin and Wordna Holland. Memorial services will be held at 10:00 am, Tueday, July 18, 2017 graveside at the Maysville Cemetery with Bro. Steve Pope officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of John W.
