Robert Carroll Reeves

Robert Carroll Reeves of Maysville was born on March 17, 1950 in Holtville, California to Carroll Vernon Reeves and Dorothy (Smith) Reeves. He passed away on his 67th birthday, March 17, 2017, in his home. Robert lived in California before moving to Lexington in 2004 and then to Maysville in 2010. While living in California he worked as a painter for the Painters and Allied Trades Union until his retirement. He enjoyed his work and took great pride in it. Robert married Carol Jeanette (Hadrick) Peterson on December 24, 1970 in Stockton, California. He enjoyed his family and friends, being outdoors, and fishing. He will be dearly missed. His survivors include his wife of 46 years, Carol of the home. Son, Robert C. Reeves, II of Maysville. Step-sons, Mark Peterson of Norman and Michael Peterson of Stockton, California. A daughter, Cheryl Vestle of Lexington. Sisters, Peggy Hadrick of Stockton, California and Sharon Tallant of St. Maria, California. 13 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren Robert was preceded in death by his parents, Carroll and Dorothy Reeves.
