Thell E. Phillips passed away on Sunday, May 31, 2015 at his home in Walters, Oklahoma at the age of 74 years, 3 months, 29 days. He was born on February 2, 1941 in Elmore City, Oklahoma to Jack and Annie (Tarrant) Phillips. A private graveside service for his family and close friends will be held at 11:00 am, Wednesday, June 3, 2015 at the Elmore City Cemetery.
