Jerry D. Snow

Jerry D. Snow of Erin Springs went home to be with his Heavenly Father on Friday, November 11, 2011. He was born on August 27, 1960 in Casagrande, Arizona to Wylie Houston and Dorothy Ellen (Hall) Snow. Jerry grew up in Arizona, graduating from high school in Casagrande. He married Debbie Chambers on January 29, 1983 and they made their home in the Lindsay area. Jerry worked as a floor hand on derricks in the oilfield. He loved teasing and was quite the jokester. Jerry loved his family and especially his grandchildren. He enjoyed tinkering on his sons’ trucks. Jerry was a member of the Erin Springs Church of God. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Survivors include his wife, Debbie of the home. Mother, Dorothy Ellen Snow of Casagrande, Arizona. Sons, Chad Snow and Jaime Snow, both of Erin Springs. Brothers: Perry Gene Snow of Durant, OK; Jimmy Snow of Casagrande, Arizona; and David Snow of Casagrande, Arizona. Sisters: Linda Heflin, Nancy Hoover, Mary Simmons, Janice Scroggs, and Susan Snow all of Casagrande, Arizona. Grandchildren, Riley Jewel Snow and Caleb Preston Snow. Jerry was preceded in death by his father, Wylie Houston Snow and a brother, Arnold Snow. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm, Tuesday, November 15, 2011 at the Church of God in Erin Springs, OK with Pastor Greg Hatchett officiating. Burial will be in the Erin Springs Cemetery under the direction of John Williams of Winans Funeral Home, Maysville, OK. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.winansfuneralhome.com
