Freddie Lee Ward,70 of Oklahoma City, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend joined his Heavenly Father on August 31, 2010. He was born on March 23, 1940 at Fullerton, California to Fred Stanley and Kay Elizabeth (Stockton) Ward. Freddie proudly served in the Air Force, where he was transferred to Tinker Air Force Base and met his wife, Dana Kay White. He loved his family, fishing and bowling. His gentle nature and sense of humor will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him. Freddie was a member of the Church of Christ at Del City, OK. Freddie is survived by his wife of 44 years, Dana Son, Jason and his wife, Sandie Ward of Edmond Daughters: Jena and her husband, Adam Barocio of Edmond; Julie and her husband, Scott Parkhurst of Tulsa. Two grandsons, Camden John Barocio and Caleb Lee Barocio. He was preceded in death by his parents. Funeral Services will be held Friday, September 3, 2010 at 2:00PM at the Del City Church of Christ. Burial will be at the Sunnylane Cemetery, Oklahoma City under the direction of John Williams of Winans Funeral Home, Maysville, OK. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.winansfuneralhome.com
