Faron Lee Carter

Faron Lee Carter, 47, of Maysville passed away on Saturday afternoon, August 21, 2010 at home in Maysville. He was born on August 11, 1963 at Lindsay to Willie Lee and Betty Christeen (Bray) Carter. Faron grew up in Lindsay attending school there. He had always worked in the oilfield and was most recently employed with Dyke’s Oilfield Service in Shreveport, Louisiana where he worked on work-over rigs. Faron enjoyed spending time with his family and friends and will be greatly missed by them. His hobbies included hunting and fishing. His survivors include his mother, Betty Christeen Carter of Lindsay. Sons: James McMullen of Missouri; Justin Carter of Cedarville, Arkansas; and Cody Bench of Velma. A daughter, Redina Carter of Cedarville, Arkansas. Sisters: Karen Martin of Foster; Beverly Wright of Maysville; and his twin sister, Karine Schultz of Davis. Graveside Services will be held 10:00 am, Tuesday, August 24. 2010 at Purdy Cemetery with Rev. Danny Gamble officiating.
